From the sterile precision of the hospital ward to the fluid dynamics of product design, my journey has been a search for better systems.
I began my career at the frontline of healthcare as a Medical Officer in Nigeria. In those high-pressure environments, I realized that many of the challenges we faced weren't just clinical—they were logistical, technological, and systemic. I saw how poorly designed interfaces slowed down care and how fragmented data hindered outcomes.
"Design is a diagnostic tool. Before we build, we must understand the pathology of the problem."
This realization led me to pivot. I pursued an MBA to understand the business architecture of healthcare and immersed myself in design to master the human experience. As the CPO at BetaCare, I bridge these worlds, leading product strategies that are medically sound, commercially viable, and deeply empathetic to the Nigerian and global context.
