I'm Chiamaka (Amaka) — a physician, MBA, and product designer based in Nigeria, working globally. Before I designed products, I diagnosed patients. That experience gives me something most designers don't have: I understand what's actually at stake when a user gets confused, delayed, or lost in a product.
